California Condo Guru

Dear Followers,

I've written my last E-newsletter and HOA Article and Blog.

I'm going to leave this website up at least one more month, perhaps longer. The information has been helpful to thousands and I want to leave that up to give people a chance to take advantage of the communications and order publications that I have put together in the last 30 years.

As for me, I've moved on. I retired the end of last year from providing legal services. I'm on to new ventures. If you want to see what I'm doing, visit www.bethgrimmcreativearts.com.

As for use of any information from this site, please be advised that it is for informational purposes only. If you need legal advice, consult an attorney. I have been referring my clients to Ann Rankin in Oakland, California. http://annrankin.com/ The telephone number for the firm is (510) 653-8886.

I wish everyone that has been reading my blogs (www.condolawguru.com), and my articles and publications and benefiting from the information the very best going forward. In my 30 years as an attorney for homeowner associations and the owners who live in them, I give great thanks. It has been a great run and I loved almost every minute of it! Like everyone else, my work had its ups and downs but for the most part, it was extremely gratifying and I think I helped thousands of people learn more about homeowner association living and solving problems. It was my pleasure to do so.

In my new endeavors I will be helping people enhance their vision through use of their iPhone and creating iPhone artistry. I will be teaching in my own community, online, and will even visit different locations in the US and Canada to teach. That's my new passion. I won't probably be answering more emails with questions or problems. I won't be doing any more blogs either, but will leave that side up for a while. I'll leave that work to someone else now. I sure hope someone will pick up the mantle on this and start publishing information that will help the general public understand homeowner association living and problem-solving. I'll leave the blogsite up for a few more months as well so people can benefit from that information. The blogsite for that is condolawguru.com.

Wishing you well in the coming years....Beth Grimm
